It's the 32nd year for the Marysville Street Festival Handmade & Homegrown Event!  It will be a marketplace showcasing local produce, artisans, musicians, and artists. Displaying works and demonstrating crafts will be our talented neighbors and friends. We will be enlivening 3rd Street for 3 days in Marysville on August 11th, 12th and 13th. All handcrafted, nothing commercial, all of the highest quality - all Homegrown. Music, Arts, Food, and Fun!

Sunnyside Is Hiring!

Help, we need somebody.  No, not just anybody…

Sunnyside Nursery is growing and we need more people to add to our team!  We are looking for seasonal help, people with horticulture knowledge that will help answer customer questions and help to guide them to the best products that will fit their needs.  From time to time you will also help unload trucks, price product, water and all of the other typical things required for a retail business to succeed.  The following qualifications are essential:

  1. You must have plant knowledge
  2. You must have a passion for gardening
  3. You must be available anytime, especially weekends
  4. You must be in good enough physical condition to lift at least 50 pounds, stand on your feet all day and work outside in all kinds of weather
  5. You must be of cheery disposition and have good “people skills”
  6. You must have a team attitude and work well with others
  7. You must have retail sales skills and be able to sell the products we carry
