Cupressocyparis leylandii ‘Gold Rider’
Considered one of the best golden conifers, this selection was found as a sport in the Netherlands. Open, horizontal branching covered with dense, bright gold-tipped needle-like sprays, contrasting with lime green interior foliage. A single plant makes a bright focal point in the garden, or plant en masse as an eye-catching hedge. An evergreen that likes full sun. Has a broad upright habit & reaches roughly 35’ tall by 15’ wide in size.
Cupressocyparis leylandii ‘Green Rocket’
A bright green variety that is tidier and easier to manage than others. Has a broad upright habit & reaches roughly over 15’ tall, over 10 years.
Cupressocyparis leylandii ‘Shorty’
Upright, dwarf cypress with compact habit & dramatic evergreen foliage. Makes a perfect screen or foundation plant in the landscape. Also does well in small-space gardens, patios & balconies. Has a narrow upright growth habit & reaches 6’ to 15’ tall.
