Akebono

A yedonensis variety. Create a spectacular show with masses of fragrant, double white to pink flowers in early spring on this large flowering cherry with a beautiful, spreading, arching crown. Glossy, dark green leaves turn bright yellow in fall. A stunning lawn specimen that is excellent for use as a shade tree. Reaches roughly 25 feet tall by 25 feet wide.

Double Pink

A pendula/weeping variety. Graceful, long weeping boughs sway like willows in the breeze, densely packed with large magenta buds that open to perfect double pink flowers in mid spring. Blooms later than some, making it less prone to bud damage from a late season cold snap. Plant as a focal point or use pairs to frame entries. Reaches roughly 20 feet tall by 15 feet wide in size & can be pruned to control the size.

 

Kwanzan

A serrulata variety. This flowering cherry is grafted with paperbark cherry as the interstem, resulting in a trunk with shiny mahogany red bark that peels as it ages. Superb lawn tree that puts on an early season show with clusters of large, double deep pink blooms in mid spring, backed by bronze-red new growth. Upright, vase-shaped branching habit. Reaches roughly 35 feet tall by 35 feet wide in size.

 

Mount Fuji

A serrulata variety. A magnificent show-stopper with showy clusters of fragrant white flowers that bloom in mid spring, backed by bronze-tinged new foliage. Works well as a single specimen or lawn tree in smaller landscapes or in groves for magnificent impact in larger landscapes. Excellent for use as a shade tree. Reaches roughly 20 feet tall by 25 feet wide in size.

Okame

A hybrid of P. incisa x P. campanulata, it is a profuse bloomer in early spring of bright pink flowers. Long lasting blooms with a uniform & dense crown make it a standout. Reaches roughly 25 feet tall by 20 feet wide in size.

 

Royal Burgundy

A serrulata variety. Beautiful, double, deep pink flowers bloom in mid spring & wonderful reddish-purple foliage during the season. Forms an upright to rounded shape at maturity similar to Kwanzan Cherry. Can be used as a street tree or used in a landscape planting. Reaches roughly 35 feet tall by 35 feet wide in size.

Snow Fountain

A pendula/weeping variety. This double grafted weeping cherry tree is a rare tree indeed. Weeping branches are covered with the showy, snow-white flowers of Snow Fountains & dramatically stand out against the distinctive paperbark cherry grafted trunk. Produces very few red-black ornamental fruit in summer. A beautiful small yard tree & a hardy addition to the landscape. Reaches roughly 15 feet tall by 12 feet wide & can be pruned to control its size.

 

Yoshino

A yedonensis variety. Early display of light pink to white, slightly fragrant, single & double blossoms. Glossy, bright green foliage & a nice vase shape. Reaches roughly 25 feet tall by 25 feet wide in size.
