A nice new variegated dwarf variety in the Acer palmatum family. Has variegated color in the spring & red to yellow coloring in the fall. Reaches roughly 5' X 5' in size.
A very nice new strap-leaf selection, in the Acer palmatum family, that is very sun hardy & very red in the spring. Tends to hold it’s color well, even in mid summer heat. Has crimson red coloring in the fall. Reaches roughly 8' X 4' in size.
Aka Kawa Hime
"Aka" means deep red, while "kawa" refers to the bark and "hime" refers to this maples dwarf stature. Leafs out in the early spring with bright chartreuse green leaves over top of a deep red coral bark. Mid-summer the leaves turn to a kelley green. Fall colors are bright golden yellows. Reaches roughly 8' X 6' in size.
A wonderful very showy Acer palmatum that emerges with bright orange-yellow spring leaves that has pink margins.
